Benjamin McGilton

Benjamin McGilton has extensive experience in the construction and development sectors, currently serving as President of E2I Solutions since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing organizational goals and revenue growth strategies. Previously, from September 2008 to January 2020, Benjamin held multiple positions at Rampart Construction, starting as a Field Engineer and progressing through roles such as Assistant Superintendent, Estimator, and Preconstruction Manager, where leadership in pre-construction efforts and client relationship management was emphasized. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana Tech University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Pearl River Community College.
