Kary Alanis

Director, Onboarding & Training at e2log

Kary has been leading the onboarding and training implementation process since joining e2log. She has over two decades of experience specializing in Logistics, Compliance, and Supply Chain management in the oil and gas industry. She has had success in managing domestic and international logistics activities for major drilling contractors servicing rig newbuilds and project logistics all over the world. Other roles have given her the opportunity to work with logistics service providers to turnaround failing logistics programs in Houston, Aberdeen and Dubai. In this role she rectified an operational program performance baseline of 30% and elevated the program to a 97% operational performance for all three hubs. She has incorporated strategies of financial discipline to achieve $1 million in cost savings through creative solutions and charter negotiations, implemented process change, and utilized technology to drive performance. As part of her varying roles, she has always been training others, developing new processes to generate efficiency, or implementing global best business practices. She has received awards of recognition and excellence during her corporate roles.

Kary was motivated to move to e2log from being at the top of her game with a tremendous appreciation for the value that technology brings to the logistics industry, coupled with a passion to deliver an onboarding experience focused on strategy, accountability, communication, and an enjoyable experience.
