James Perez

James Perez, PMP, currently serves as the Global Account Director at E2open, leveraging expertise to assist diverse companies in optimizing complex supply chains through technology solutions. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Amber Road, including Program Manager and Strategic Account Analyst, where responsibilities included leading global customer implementations and developing customer success strategies. Experience also includes project management and client advocacy roles at Transportation Insight, as well as program coordination focused on entrepreneurship at Appalachian State University. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Appalachian State University and completed the Project Management Plus Program through Total Systems Education.
