Poh Gaik began their career as a Lecturer in Legal Studies at Perkim-Goon Institute, where they conducted lectures, seminars, workshops, and educational roadshows. After fulfilling their scholarship bond, they joined Citigroup as an Assistant Manager in Trade Financing, leading a team of 14 staff across various locations. Poh Gaik then moved on to HSBC, where they served as a Manager in Change Management Services, focusing on business change management, process re-engineering, and business transformations. At e2open, Poh Gaik Lim held multiple roles, starting as a Manager of Training and progressing to Program Director, Sr Director of Professional Services Operations, VP of Customer Operations, and finally, VP of Professional Services.
