Javed Jafar has a long and varied work history. Javed began their career in 2004 as an Enterprise Solution Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were responsible for pre-sales and bid management for the North American, Middle Eastern and South Asian geographies. Javed also served as an engagement manager, PMO to the CIO of DoCoMo, Change Manager for new Delivery and Operations, and Release Manager for IT Release 4. In 2010, Javed moved to Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Technology Transformation Architect. In 2013, they became an Operations & Technology Consultant at All American Holdings, and also began working as an Independent Consultant, providing advisory services around lead to cash optimization, CPQ business processes, and Art of the Possible with Sales, Service and Marketing cloud of salesforce. Javed's key clients included Sysco Foods, Meijer Supermarkets, RedHat, and Infoblox. In 2018, Javed joined E3 Global Inc. as the VP of Customer Solutions, and in 2021 they moved to Flexera Global, Inc. in the same role.

Javed Jafar completed their High School at Timpany, followed by a B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from College of Engineering, Andhra University from 2000 to 2004. Javed obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management and Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, they were awarded the Predictable Univ. Honor Roll from Predictable University.
