Caroline Mussbacher

Director DLE Commercialization at E3 Metals

Caroline Mussbacher has been working in the energy industry since 2003. Caroline began as a Co-op Student at Encana Corporation in 2003 and 2004. In 2005, they joined Cenovus Energy as a Water Treatment Process Engineer, where they worked on several projects including the Brackish Water SAC WAC Debottleneck Project, the Lime and Magox Slurry Upgrade Project, and the Warm Lime Softener Task Force. In 2011, they joined Side Rxn Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer & Water Treatment Specialist / Technical Advisor. That same year, they also worked as a Water Treatment Engineer (Contract) at Laricina Energy Ltd. where they were responsible for process design, water treatment education, and process deliverables. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Vista Projects Ltd. as a Water Treatment Specialist. In 2019, they joined Chevron as a Water Engineer and served as an SME for Agile Projects in roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner. Currently, they are the Director DLE Commercialization at E3 Lithium, a position they have held since 2022.

Caroline Mussbacher completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering (Co-op Program) from the University of Alberta between 2001 and 2005. Caroline also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with a Specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Alberta between 1997 and 2001.
