Kirsten Pugh P. Eng. PMP has worked in the energy industry for over 20 years. Kirsten began their career in 2002 as a Geology Student at Talisman Energy and a Geotechnical Engineer at Golder Associates. In 2004, they joined Cenovus Energy as a Reservoir Engineer and worked their way up to Senior Reservoir Engineer, Specialist, COMS / Operational Excellence / Regulatory, Staff Engineer, Well Integrity, Advisor, Operations Shared Services, and Group Lead, Reservoir Initiatives. In 2022, Kirsten joined E3 Lithium as a Manager, Reservoir Engineering and Senior Development Engineer.

Kirsten Pugh P. Eng. PMP has an impressive educational background. Kirsten obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Queen's University between 1998 and 2002. In 2006, they obtained their P. Eng from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). In 2015 and 2016, they completed a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University. Finally, in June 2017, they obtained their PMP from the Project Management Institute.
