Peter Ratzlaff

VP Resource Development at E3 Metals

Peter Ratzlaff has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1997 with Millenia Resource Consulting, where they held the role of Project Engineer. In 1999, they moved to O'Rourke Engineering Ltd, also as a Project Engineer. In 2001, they began working for Canadian Hunter Resources as a Production Operations Engineer. In 2004, they took a similar role at Burlington Resources. In 2005, they moved to ConocoPhillips, where they held the roles of Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer. In 2008, they became a Sr. Production Engineer for Compass Petroleum Ltd. In 2010, they began working for Cequence Energy Ltd as a Production Manager. In 2016, they were hired by Huron Resources Corp. as a Production Operations Manager. In 2020, they took a Consulting Engineer role at Aspenleaf Energy Ltd. Finally, in 2021, they were hired by E3 Lithium as a VP Resource Development, and later promoted to Director of Resource Development and Sr. Production Engineer.

Peter Ratzlaff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Calgary.
