Manfei Wu

Manfei Wu is a Senior Managing Consultant at Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. since May 2021, previously serving as Manager of Energy Markets at ICF from October 2016 to May 2021. Manfei's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Associate at Berkeley Lab and a Consultant at the American Wind Energy Association. Manfei's career began with internships at the American Wind Energy Association, China National Development and Reform Commission, and China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, and Bachelor's Degrees in International Political Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and Economics from Peking University, along with an exchange program at Columbia University.
