Shana Ramirez

Shana Ramirez currently serves as the Director of Asset Valuation and Markets at Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. since April 2025. Previously, Shana held the position of Program Development Director for Renewables and Origination at NV Energy from September 2023 to April 2025, where significant accomplishments included negotiating a 115 mega-watt Power Purchase Agreement with Fervo Energy for a Google data center and securing an Energy Supply Agreement with Google. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Technical Delivery at nZero, focusing on carbon emissions data for prominent companies, and Manager of Load Research at NV Energy, where Shana led analytical teams to inform strategic decisions. Earlier positions included analyst roles at TriNet and Community First Health Plans, as well as underwriting for The Hartford. Shana earned an MBA in Business Administration from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi and a BBA in Actuarial Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
