Anna Peran is a Political Analyst at E3G, specializing in Climate Diplomacy and Geopolitics since October 2021. Responsibilities include geopolitical mapping, policy analysis, and political engagement to promote 1.5°C-aligned outcomes within G7, G20, and UNFCCC processes. Previously, Anna worked as a Researcher, focusing on energy transitions in the UK and EU, emphasizing energy efficiency and the decarbonization of buildings. In addition, Anna served as Educational Campaign Officer and later as Founder and President of the KCL Climate Action Society, where initiatives included integrating climate change into university curricula. Other roles include mentoring first-year students at KCLSU and fundraising for grassroots projects in East Africa with Hand in Hand International. Anna holds a BA in Geography with a focus on Climate Change and Geopolitics from King's College London.
