Maria Mackes currently serves as an Information Security Analyst at E4E Relief since March 2020 and previously held the role of Lead Customer Service Specialist at the same company. Prior experience includes positions such as Shift Leader/Head Trainer at BrickTop's Restaurant from August 2015 to September 2021, Training Store Manager at IHOP from April 2013 to August 2015, and Shift Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings from October 2014 to July 2015. Additionally, Maria worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Montgomery in early 2015. Maria Mackes holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Columbia College (SC). Academic journey began at White Knoll High School, graduating in 2011.
