E4Impact Foundation
Tommaso Saltini is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in finance, investment promotion, and project management. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Tommaso teaches courses in equity financing, impact investing, and entrepreneurial finance. Additionally, Tommaso holds the position of Director General at Pro Terra Sancta, overseeing initiatives in cultural heritage and humanitarian support across the Middle East. In various roles such as Business Development Manager for the MENASA region and Finance Stream Leader at E4Impact, Tommaso has significantly contributed to impact entrepreneurship and financing in developing countries. Previous positions include investment promotion expert with UNIDO and managerial roles at Deloitte. Tommaso holds a PhD in Corporate Finance and multiple master’s degrees, demonstrating a strong academic foundation to complement extensive practical expertise.

E4Impact Foundation
In 2015, E4Impact became a Foundation with the support of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Securfin, Mapei, Salini-Impregilo and Always Africa Association. Later, Bracco, Eni, Lisa s.p.a., Banca Intesa Sanpaolo and Ge.Fi. joined E4Impact as Corporate Participants and Marco Bartolomei and Michele Carpinelli as Individual Participants. The Foundation is open to involve new Corporate and Individual Participants interested in taking an active role in perceiving the mission of the institution in the African scenario. The work of the Foundation contributes to the accomplishment of many of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Goals, including access to quality education, decent work, economic growth and poverty and hunger reduction The heart of E4impact is the Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship, a unique Executive MBA which provides would-be, early stage and high growth entrepreneurs with results-oriented education and interaction with the local business community and potential investors. Participants acquire knowledge and skills useful for starting or scaling a business and for contributing to the sustainable development of their countries. The MBA is today offered in 9 countries, in partnership with local universities: 1. Kenya 2. Ghana 3. Uganda 4. Ivory Coast 5. Sierra Leone 6. Senegal 7. Ethiopia 8. Sudan 9. Zimbabwe E4impact also supports the expansion of SMEs into Africa.
