Pao Yang

Pao Yang's work experience includes working as a Tech Support at PC Treasures, where they provided tech support over the phone and conducted remote control sessions for malware/spyware cleaning and software/hardware repair/update. They then moved on to SolvIT, Inc. as a Software/Flash Validation Development Support, where they created reports using SQL and Java applications to automate SQL queries. Finally, Pao Yang worked at E7 Solutions, LLC as a Technical Lead for the Quality Team, where they were responsible for creating reports for various teams, wrote SQL queries, and developed a Java application for database connection and automated Excel reporting.

Pao Yang completed an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Oakland Community College from 2009 to 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Oakland University.
