Bill Brooks P.e.

Bill Brooks, P.E. is an experienced Project Manager and Civil Engineer with a strong focus on civil and environmental infrastructure projects. Currently serving at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC since March 2015, Bill specializes in stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, site design, contaminated site remediation, and utility design. Prior experience includes project management at McCrone, Inc. from June 2007 to March 2015, overseeing civil site designs for various types of projects. Bill also worked as an Engineer Technician for stream restoration at Bradford County Soil Conservation District in 2006. Bill holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Science from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Penn State University, alongside a minor in Environmental Engineering.
