Dick Waterman has extensive work experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry. Dick started their career at Weston & Sampson Engineers as a Project Engineer in 1986. Dick then joined Arthur D. Little, where they worked as a Consultant in the environmental, health, and safety compliance audit practice. Dick later became a Senior Consultant in their Environmental, Health, and Safety practice, providing professional environmental consulting services to a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
In 1998, Waterman joined EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC as a Branch Manager for their Massachusetts office. Dick successfully grew the business by 100% through the addition of new contract mechanisms, making it one of the most profitable operations in the company. Over the years, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President for New England and New Jersey operations, Vice President, Northeast Business Unit Director, and Vice President - Director Commercial Programs. In their role as Senior Vice President and Director of Private Sector Markets, they are responsible for implementing strategy development, risk management, quality control, client management programs, and personnel. Dick'swork experience at EA Engineering spans from 1998 to the present.

Dick Waterman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biology from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Dick then pursued further education at Northeastern University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering between 1984 and 1986.
