Pavan Challa currently serves as Engineer III at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., since September 2022, and has been a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of North Dakota since August 2018, leading research projects on PFAS decomposition pathways and contributing to multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. Previously, Pavan worked as a Business Analyst at RNR IT Solutions Inc., where analytical skills were applied to document business requirements, and as a Civil Engineer at NCC Limited, where a significant technical flaw was identified in bridge design, resulting in substantial cost savings.
