Richard Price, P.E., LEED AP, CSM, CISEC, serves as a Program Manager and PNW Operation Manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. since 1999, specializing in project management and civil design with a focus on stormwater, low impact design, environmental planning, and permitting.
