Raj Shalem has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management, currently serving as a Resource Management - H1B Transfer Specialist at EA Team Inc since August 2021. Raj is adept in overseeing the full hiring cycle, demonstrating strong tactical and strategic thinking skills, as well as effective interpersonal communication across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
