Tom Charpentier is a seasoned professional in government relations, currently serving as the Government Relations Director at the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) since May 2012. In this senior regulatory policy and safety role, Tom focuses on operations and aircraft certification policy, aeromedical counseling for EAA members, and safety, contributing to initiatives such as the Additional Pilot Program and the EAA STC Program. Previously, Tom served as a Government Advocacy Specialist at EAA, where responsibilities included developing regulatory policy positions and representing EAA on FAA and industry panels.
