Dr. Jennifer Slavick

Dr. Jennifer Slavick, Ed.D., is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in science education and professional development. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Learning and Implementation Services at School Specialty since January 2016, Dr. Slavick designs and facilitates professional development programs to support the effective implementation of the FOSS curriculum in schools. Additionally, Dr. Slavick has worked as a self-employed science education consultant since 2018 and previously held positions such as Elementary Science Teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Schools and Science Instructional Coach at Mastery Charter Schools. Dr. Slavick's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration from West Chester University, a Master of Education in Multicultural Education from Eastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
