Kathy Ruby

Kathy Ruby is a seasoned professional in financial aid and college finance with extensive experience in higher education administration. Currently serving as Principal at EAB since March 2019, Kathy previously held the position of Director of College Finance at Bright Horizons, providing college finance counseling to employees across over 100 companies. Prior roles include Assistant VP of Enrollment and Dean of Student Financial Aid at St. Olaf College, where strategic enrollment management and financial aid policies were developed, and various financial aid positions at Shippensburg University and the University of Minnesota Medical School, focusing on compliance, administration, and student counseling. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Carleton College.
