Andrew C. Pierce Pe

Andrew C. Pierce, PE, PMP has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Andrew C. began their career as a Civil Engineer in the New York City Transit Authority's Department of Infrastructure, where they provided engineering support and ensured compliance with engineering standards for subway and bridge construction projects. In 1996, they joined CAP Engineering as a Vice President, where they served as a Project Manager for various civil engineering projects, including site development, rail, water and wastewater, toll facilities, and port and airport projects. Andrew then joined EAC Consulting, Inc. in 2014 as a Vice President and Program Manager, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of the Miami Dade Expressway's 5-year Work Program.
