Andrew C. Pierce, PE, PMP has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Andrew C. began their career as a Civil Engineer in the New York City Transit Authority's Department of Infrastructure, where they provided engineering support and ensured compliance with engineering standards for subway and bridge construction projects. In 1996, they joined CAP Engineering as a Vice President, where they served as a Project Manager for various civil engineering projects, including site development, rail, water and wastewater, toll facilities, and port and airport projects. Andrew then joined EAC Consulting, Inc. in 2014 as a Vice President and Program Manager, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of the Miami Dade Expressway's 5-year Work Program. Andrew C. also provided Project Management Contractor's Oversight for transit projects for the Federal Transit Administration, including the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project and the Red Line Bus Rapid Transit project.
Andrew C. Pierce, PE, PMP has an extensive education history. Andrew C. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1986. Prior to that, they completed the Three-Two Engineering Program at SUNY Oneonta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography. Additionally, Andrew obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Transportation Engineering and Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1996.
