Gregg Dubinsky P.e.

Gregg Dubinsky, P.E., is an accomplished drainage engineer with extensive experience in the field of engineering. Currently serving as a Drainage Engineer at EAC Consulting, Inc. since July 2022, Gregg has previously held roles as a Project Engineer at KPM Franklin from March 2019 to September 2022 and as a Drainage Engineer at Horizon Engineering Group from August 2014 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Gregg contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida from January 2013 to May 2014. Gregg holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Central Florida, achieved between 2012 and 2014 for the master’s degree and 2008 and 2012 for the bachelor’s degree.
