Huntley Higgins, PE, PMP has extensive work experience in civil and transportation engineering. Huntley began their career as a Civil Engineer at Wallace Evans Jamaica Limited from 1995 to 1999. Huntley then pursued further education and worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Toronto from 1999 to 2001. Beginning in 2002, they joined BND Engineers, Inc. as a Civil Engineering Project Manager until 2006. Huntley then moved to EAC Consulting, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager from 2006 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Task Order Manager providing project management oversight for federally funded transit projects. Huntley then became the Municipalities Department Manager from 2017 to 2018 and subsequently the Water Services Department Manager from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Huntley holds the position of Vice President at EAC Consulting, Inc. since 2020 and is expected to become the Senior Vice President in 2023.

Huntley Higgins, PE, PMP has a Masters degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto. Huntley also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. In addition to their formal education, Huntley has obtained various certifications including membership in the American Water Works Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Huntley is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Florida and Jamaica. Furthermore, they have earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
