Maureen Beaty is a seasoned professional in project controls and estimation, currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Specialist at EAC Consulting, Inc. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Estimator/Scheduler at PBS&J, where significant contributions were made to various projects for Dade Aviation Consultants, Metro-Dade Transit, and the Port of Miami. Additionally, Maureen held the position of Sr. Estimator at US Cost for the Atlanta/Hartsfield Airport in 2007 and served as a Senior Estimator/Cost Engineer at Dade Aviation Consultants, providing project control expertise to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department on major projects including the South Terminal Expansion and the New North Runway. Maureen earned a BBA in Finance from Florida International University - College of Business between 1979 and 1981.
