With 8 years of experience in international development and financial inclusion, Lucile has worked on strategic projects for NGOs, social entrepreneurs, and microfinance institutions in low-income countries. They have held roles such as Business Development Manager at OXUS Group and General Secretary at (IM)PROVE, demonstrating strong project management skills and a commitment to innovative solutions in humanitarian and development aid. Lucile is also a board member or observer for several organizations, contributing to various social impact initiatives. They earned a Master’s in Business Administration & Management from ESSEC Business School.
