Maxime BAUDET

Maxime Baudet has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. In 2015, they started working at Jumia Group, where they held positions such as Managing Director of Jumia Food Algeria, Head of Operations at Hellofood Côte d'Ivoire, and Business Analyst at hellofood Africa. Maxime then went on to co-found each One in 2017, where they served as Co-founder & COO. In this role, they successfully implemented 360° education to employment programs for newcomers and refugees, positively impacting the lives of over 10,000 people. Simultaneously, they co-founded WERO, a consulting and recruitment agency specialized in refugees job placement. Additionally, in 2014, they worked as a Consultant for Business Development and Strategy at Leroy Merlin Brasil and as a Financial Analyst Assistant at Asia Retail Partners. Maxime Baudet also has experience in the non-profit sector as a Lifeguard & Activities Organizer at UFCV from 2009 to 2013. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Lauréat de Réseau Entreprendre Paris at Réseau Entreprendre.

Maxime Baudet began their education in 2007 at Lycée Saint-Charles la Providence, where they completed their Baccalauréat degree in Mathematics in 2010. Maxime then attended UFCV Bretagne in 2009 and received a BAFA degree in Surveillant de Baignade. From 2010 to 2012, Maxime attended Lycée Clemenceau, where they pursued a Classe Préparatoire ECS degree with a focus on Mathematics, Geopolitics, Philosophy, English, and Italian. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they studied at Lycée Saint-Michel de Picpus, where they continued their Classe Préparatoire ECS studies in the same subjects. In 2014, Maxime enrolled in Tongji University, pursuing a Double Degree Masters in Technology Enterprise and Management until 2015. Finally, from 2013 to 2018, they studied at ESCP Business School and obtained a Master in Management degree.
