Karen Swift

Karen Swift is an experienced professional in early childhood intervention and program management. Currently serving as Program Director for the Early Childhood Approach and Operations Manager for the NDIS Early Childhood Approach at EACH since July 2018, Karen previously held the position of Early Childhood Early Intervention Transition Advisor Lead at SDN Children's Services, where responsibilities included leading a $1 million project team and mentoring external Transition Providers across New South Wales. Additional roles include Team Leader for Information and Support at the National Childcare Accreditation Council and Community Leader. Karen holds a Diploma of Teaching in Early Childhood from the Institute of Early Childhood Studies.
