Health and Wellbeing Team

The Health and Wellbeing Team at EACH offers comprehensive support and services to enhance the health and overall wellbeing of individuals and families. The team addresses diverse needs through mental health services, primary health care, child and family support, aged care, disability services, and housing assistance. They work collaboratively to ensure that every person, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the resources they need to live a fulfilling and empowered life.
