Steve Perreault

Steve Perreault currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at OneWeb Technologies and Principal Consultant at Boone Brook Advisors since 2021, focusing on strategic growth for EdTech companies. Prior to these roles, Steve was Interim COO for Exploring Your Potential™, guiding the eLearning program for youth professional development. With extensive experience at Thomson Reuters from 2003 to 2020, Steve held multiple leadership positions, including Head of M&A Strategy and VP of Corporate Strategy, where responsibilities included strategic planning and managing global eLearning business operations. Steve began a career in the United States Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer and holds an MBA in Financial Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
