RAÏSSA T. currently serves as Directrice créative at EADEM since June 2024. Prior to this role, RAÏSSA held the position of Directeur artistique at McCANN Paris from November 2020 to June 2024 and was Co-fondatrice and Directrice de Création at WAÏA from June 2018 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Directeur artistique création at Seasonly from January 2017 to November 2020, where leadership of the in-house Brand Design team was a key responsibility. RAÏSSA also worked as Directeur artistique junior at Groupe Clarins from September 2017 to September 2018.
