Burr Warne is the CEO and founder of eAdviser Inc. Burr has over 25 years of experience in the education and technology industries.

Burr Warne started their career in 1982 as Vice President at Kidder Peabody & Smith Barney. In 1993, they became the CEO of MODE, a position they held for two years. In 1995, Warne co-founded Epic Learning, an education company that changed the landscape of education by making it available online. As CEO of Epic Learning, Warne partnered with Kinko's to develop the Learning Center at Kinko's. Burr also developed and patented a Learning Management System (LMS). Under Warne's leadership, Epic Learning Centers certified thousands of people as Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSEs) and Novell CNEs (Certified Novell Engineers).

In 2003, Warne left Epic Learning to start Global Classroom, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing organizations with a Learning Management System (LMS) platform and self-paced online content for students to access online from an organization that they were either a member or a student of. Global Classroom partnerships included University of Florida and the nation's largest Chambers of Commerce, America's SBDC, and Microsoft.

In 2018, Warne left Global Classroom to start eAdviser Inc., where they currently serve as CEO.

Burr Warne has a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Marketing and Finance also from Lehigh University. Burr also completed college preparatory coursework at Chenango Valley High School.
