Keri Johnson

Keri Johnson is the Chief Accounting Officer at EAG Services + EAG 1Source and has 15+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience in the oil and gas industry. She has extensive experience with setting up and improving accounting processes, SOX controls, SOC controls, SEC reporting, Topic 606 revenue recognition, bankruptcy and fresh start accounting, ERP system conversions, and more.

Keri is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.
