Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Eagle Builders’ brand identity and business objectives
• Create engaging content for social media, brochures, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring consistent brand messaging
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Oversee the employee apparel program, including orders and distribution
• Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPI’s), and provide reports to guide decision-making
• Support public relations efforts and attend events to promote Eagle Builders: BBQs, Tradeshows, Grand Openings, Fundraisers, etc.
• Manage purchase orders
• Data entry and reporting

Requirements

• Primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, with flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and occasional Saturdays, as needed
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and comfortable driving a pick truck with a trailer
• Minimum two years’ experience working in design, creative services, marketing, or a similar field
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace
• Expertise in social media platforms and trends | LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Photography and videography | Capture and editing skills, use of cameras and lighting
• Ability to communicate directly with colleagues and clients as well as encouraging trusting relationships
• Demonstrate ability to adhere to deadlines and multitask
• Global thinker with a sharp eye for detail
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and lead initiatives
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta.

Assets

• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Copywriting expertise for print, radio, video, web, and social media
• Skills in motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects)
• Understanding Google AdWords and Analytics
• 3D design experience
