Joshua Franck has worked in a variety of roles in the software and consulting industry. From 2023 to present, they have been the Vice President of Sales at Eagle Business Software, a dynamic ERP solutions company that specializes in working with small businesses. Joshua's role involves helping clients streamline their operations and drive growth, and they are committed to delivering top-notch solutions tailored to each individual business's needs.

Prior to this, they worked at Lightcast from 2018 to 2023 in a variety of roles, including Enterprise Account Executive, Education, Senior Account Executive, Education, and Business Development Representative, Talent. In these roles, they helped students identify their career interests and the corresponding education path, as well as provided insight into the labor market economy to business leaders throughout the Fortune 500.
