Cement Management Corporation and CEMA Consultancy Services, Inc. He also became the Assistant Quality Control Head, Quality Control Head, Production Manager and Plant Manager of Northern Cement Corporation and a Laboratory Technician and Physical Tester for Republic Cement Corporation. Mr. Surio is a licensed Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas-College of Engineering.
