Dave Rubin

Dave Rubin is an experienced professional in materials management and auditing, currently serving as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor at EAGLE Certification Group since August 2021. Previous roles include Director of Materials at CY Plastics and Materials Manager positions at Xylem Inc. and Environment One Corporation. Rubin has extensive experience in supply chain management, having managed purchasing, production planning, and warehousing for a $250 million medical device company at AngioDynamics. Additional expertise includes quality control and supplier certification from positions at Norampac and SCA TISSUE. Rubin's career began at BARD, INC, where responsibilities escalated from Planner/Buyer to Manufacturing Manager over a decade. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
