Wes Hoagland

Wes Hoagland is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in the construction and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Division Sales Manager at Eagle Construction of VA since May 2023, Wes previously held the role of Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions at Cava Companies from September 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Wes was the Market President for Western PA at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods for over six years and also held key positions at NVR, Inc., including Sales Manager and Senior Sales and Marketing Representative. Beginning a career in operations at Busch Entertainment Corporation's Sesame Place, Wes has developed a comprehensive skill set in sales, marketing, and management. Wes holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Persuasive Communications from Penn State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
