Randy Kleiner

Randy Kleiner has a diverse work history in the product and retail industries. Randy is currently serving as the Vice President of Product at Eagle Creek since February 2022. Prior to this, Randy held the role of Director of Product at Topo Designs from an unspecified date in 2017 until February 2022.

Before their time at Topo Designs, Randy worked at The Public Works as a Planner and Doer from November 2014 to November 2017. During their tenure, they focused on driving profitability by managing operational aspects across marketing builds. Randy implemented information tools and best practices to increase build capacity without adding headcount. Additionally, Randy improved employee retention and satisfaction through new hiring practices and communication processes.

Prior to The Public Works, Randy served as the Director of Product at Collective Licensing International from March 2010 to September 2014. Their responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, establishing partnerships with offshore factories, and working with stakeholders to develop strategic plans.

Earlier in their career, Randy founded and operated The 400, a unique business that integrated a sneaker retail shop with a design and marketing creative services firm. Randy held the role of Owner/President from February 2005 to November 2009.

Before starting their own venture, Randy worked at Airwalk as the Director of Product Development from January 2000 to February 2005. Randy was responsible for overseeing the footwear product development process, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing innovative solutions to design challenges.

Randy's earlier experiences include serving as the Production Manager at Never Summer Industries from January 1994 to January 2000, Regional Sales Rep at Vision Snowboards from February 1993 to February 1995, and Sales/Lead Technician at Colorado Snowboards from August 1992 to June 1994.

Randy Kleiner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Colorado Denver in 1992. Prior to that, they pursued Biology, General at The University of Texas at Austin.
