Mike Horton

Mike Horton has a long and varied career in the defense industry, starting as a RAF Officer and later transitioning into roles such as Project Director and Training Director at companies like Serco Defence and GKN Defence. With experience in business development, strategic planning, and training management, Mike currently serves as Business Development Executive at Eagle Eye Innovations Ltd, advising on business development and corporate governance. Additionally, Mike founded the Remote Unmanned Systems Training Academy (RUSTA), now part of Eagle Eye Innovations Ltd.
