Kirk Freeman

Chief Operating Officer at Eagle Eye International Protective Services

Kirk Freeman has been involved in the security industry since 2000 when they joined the US Navy as a Petty Officer First Class. In this role, they were part of the Navy Region South West, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection in San Diego and served as a Rapid Reaction Force, security element designated marksman. Kirk also took part in Combined Task-Force and Anti-Piracy Operations in the Fifth Fleet AOR in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2009, they began working as an Independent Contractor. In 2012, they joined Eagle Eye International Protective Services as the Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, and Field Agent and Lead Trainer.

Kirk Freeman attended UC San Diego from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and National Security Studies. Kirk also attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2011 to 2012 for Scienze Politiche. Kirk has obtained certifications from the State of California, the Texas Department of Transportation, and the State of Texas Department of Public Safety as a Private Investigator, Private Patrol Operator, Level 4, and a Texas Private Investigator, respectively.
