Randy Castles

Randy Castles has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting as an Electrical Engineer at the Fusion Research Center - University of Texas in 1989, they later transitioned to roles such as Embedded Software Engineer at Raytheon E-Systems in 1992 and Senior Software Engineer at Kodak Health Imaging in 1997. Moving up the ladder, Randy held various positions at Polycom, including User Interface Development Manager, Senior Staff Engineer, and Senior Product Manager for Video Endpoints, contributing to the successful launch of products generating over $400M in annual revenue. Currently, Randy serves as the Director of Integrated Products at Eagle Eye Networks, focusing on transforming the video surveillance and artificial intelligence industry to improve safety, security, and efficiency for businesses.

Randy Castles completed their MS and BS in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1986 to 1992.
