Lisa Coles

Lisa Coles has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Lisa began their career at Edstrom Construction, Inc. in 1999, where they worked as an Employee for over 12 years. In 2004, they transitioned to Ballard Insurance Group, where they served as a Bookkeeper for a decade. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Accountant at Teton Outfitters / Klim. Following this, they joined Larsen Farms in 2014 as a Senior Assistant Controller before moving to Idaho Pacific Holdings as an Accounting Manager in 2017. Currently, Lisa is serving as the Controller at Eagle Eye Produce, and as of December 2021, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Lisa Coles attended Idaho State University from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended Snow College from 1997 to 1998 and earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Furthermore, Lisa Coles completed their high school education at North Sanpete High School, however, their specific years of enrollment and any degrees or fields of study are unknown.
