Claire Essex-Crosby

Claire joined Eagle Eye in 2017 and has over 20 years experience in HR, having worked in both governmental; healthcare; technology; and financial service sectors. Previously, Claire held senior HR roles at Hitachi Capital and Nielsen at both national and international level.

As Chief People Officer, Claire heads up the HR department and is responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of the business’s overall people strategy. Leading every aspect of the employee experience from attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent; building the purple culture; and making Eagle Eye a great place to work. She works with the executive and senior management team to ensure that every department in HR — compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and governance - works seamlessly to meet the company's goals.
