Operations and Production

The Operations and Production team at Eagle Flexible Packaging is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire packaging manufacturing process. This includes managing raw material supply chains, coordinating production schedules, ensuring machine maintenance and efficiency, and leading quality control measures across all sustainable and traditional packaging lines.
