Bernard Kreilmann has extensive experience in the food industry. Bernard currently serves as the CEO/Partner of Eagle Foods, a privately-held branded food company focused on revitalizing category growth through acquisitions and investing in brands. Prior to this, they were an Executive Corporate Officer for Ajinomoto Co., Inc. and President & CEO of Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. In their role at Ferrero, they served as the President & CEO of the USA division, where they transformed the business into the fastest-growing geography in the company. Bernard also held various leadership positions at United Biscuits, Campbell Soup Company, HJ Heinz Belgium, and Mars - Masterfoods Belgium. Throughout their career, Bernard Kreilmann has consistently delivered results by driving revenue growth and profitability.

Bernard Kreilmann has a diverse education history. In 1985, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing - Advertising from EPHEC. Later, in 1998, they attended INSEAD, where they pursued a program in General Management called the YMP. Finally, in 2012, Bernard attended The Wharton School for the Global CEO program, which was a collaboration between IESE, Wharton, and CEIBS. During this program, they focused on International-Global studies. The end year for their INSEAD program is not provided.
