Devin McCarthy's work experience begins in 1994 at bioMerieux, where they worked as a Project Manager. Devin then moved on to Propper International in 2001, serving as the Global IT Director until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Idahoan Foods as the Director of Information Technology. Following that, they joined The Apparel Logistics Group as the Vice President of Information Technology from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Devin worked at Ruiz Foods as the Director of Enterprise Applications. Most recently, they have been with Eagle Family Foods, starting as the Director of Application Management in 2019 and progressing to the role of Senior Director in 2020. As of June 2021, Devin McCarthy holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Eagle Family Foods.

Devin McCarthy completed a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Webster University. Devin studied at Webster University from an unknown start year until 2015. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Webster University from 1986 to 1988.
