Prior to joining Arcis Golf, he served in multi-site roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he has a track record of breaking revenue records and improving profitability in diverse markets by assembling passionate teams and creating a culture of exceptional guest service. He has worked at top hotels and resorts across the world to include Ian Schrager concepts and Turnberry Isle Resort. Dirk holds a Hospitality degree from Johnson & Wales in addition to an Culinary degree acquired in Germany.
