Lindsay Henson

Lindsay Henson is currently the Director at Eagle Hill. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Consultant at Suntiva, LLC from January 2007 to October 2014 where they were responsible for various projects across HHS/FDA projects including at CBER, ORA, CTP, and CVM. Lindsay was also the Program Manager for a $20M, multi-year FDA-wide IDIQ contract with 20+ task orders across multiple FDA Centers and Offices. In this role, they managed task orders, financials, staffing, quality, scope, and schedule.

Her client consulting engagements focused in the areas of program management support, Program Management Office (PMO) standup, Organization Assessments and Leadership Development Programs to include large scale Leadership Coaching Programs and customized blended learning training programs.

Lindsay also provided support to other client organizations including at NIH, US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Army/ Army Contracting Command, Fannie Mae, and VeriSign. From October 2014 to June 2016, they worked as the Director of Consulting Services for G&H International Services, Inc.

Lindsay Henson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Anthropology & Spanish. Lindsay has also earned certifications from FWThink in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP), and Prosci in Change Management Certification.
